Changing Call-to-Action Buttons

Overview

Each review shown in the Reputation Riser widget includes a call-to-action button that guides visitors to take the next step.

Available Call-to-Action Options

You can choose one of the following:

• Click to Call: Visitors can call your business directly
• Click to Email: Opens the visitor’s email client to message you
• External Link: Sends visitors to a page you choose

Important Link Requirements

The external link must point to:

• A contact page
• A booking or scheduling page
• Another valid page on your website
• An external website

The link should not point to another section on your homepage. Linking to a different page or an external website, like a calendar or reservation platform, ensures proper behavior.
