How Review Syncing Works

Overview

Reputation Riser automatically syncs your verified Google reviews and displays only your 5-star reviews on your website through the widget.

If you have reviews on other platforms that you would like to use, Reputation Riser can display them as well, just reach out to our support team for more information on that process.

How Syncing Works

1. Reputation Riser scans reviews on your Google Business Profile. (It doesn’t directly connect to your Google Business Profile, so no need to worry about sharing access)
2. The system checks for existing and new reviews daily.
3. Only 5-star reviews are selected.
4. Reviews are displayed automatically in the widget.

No manual updates or uploads are required once syncing is active.

What Syncing Does Not Do

Reputation Riser does not create, edit, delete, or respond to reviews. It only displays existing 5-star reviews from Google.
