Reputation Riser automatically syncs your verified Google reviews. If new reviews are not appearing, there may be a short delay or a syncing issue.

Common Causes

Reviews may not update immediately if:

• The review is newly published on Google (it can take up to 24 hrs for newly added 5-star reviews to display)
• Your browser or site cache is delaying updates
• The Google Business Profile sync needs verification

What to Do

Try the following:

• Wait a short period and refresh your site
• Clear your website cache
• Confirm your Google Business Profile is active, public, and has a main business address added to it.

When to Reach Out

If reviews still do not appear after troubleshooting, contact support with your business name and website URL.
