Syncing Your Google Business Profile

Before You Begin

You must have an active Google Business Profile with at least one published 5-star review.

How the Sync Works

During onboarding, you will share a link to your Google Business Profile, and our team will set up Reputation Riser to automatically scan your reviews and only pull 5-star reviews. Reputation Riser will then do daily checks for any new 5-star reviews and automatically display them on your website.

If You Have Multiple Locations

If your business has multiple Google Business profiles with different locations, make sure the correct profile with the most 5-star reviews is selected during setup.

In the use case where you have a different website for each location, each having its own separate Google Business Profile and reviews, then you would need to purchase multiple licenses to use Reputation Riser on each website.

Connection Issues

If your reviews do not appear, confirm that your Google Business Profile is active, publicly visible, and has a main business address.
